NxGen has a dedicated pharmacist to be your first point of call for all things technical. With a wealth of knowledge behind us our technical support team is available to answer all your questions no matter how big or small the problem. We can provide you with help on a variety of issues including:

• How to formulate a particular drug into various dosage forms such as troches, capsules, sprays etc. to ensure optimal stability and efficacy of the product.
• Advise on shelf life of formulated products
• Any other technical issues involved in compounding such as dosages, incompatibilities and drug/excipient interactions

Compounding Formulae

At NxGen we understand that you will require guidance in preparing your compounding prescriptions. For this reason we provide all our customers with any Medisca formula. Simply email Jenny our pharmacist for any formula requests and she will endeavour to respond as soon as possible. If a formula is not available we can always pass you on to the team at NxGen Pharmaceuticals who will be able to help you in creating a custom formula just for you!
